Mount your iPhone on your bag or buggy and frame the shot. Press the clicker to start, play your shot, then press again to stop. Clippar finds your swing and trims the footage. Review and adjust the cut before sharing.
The app is available for iPhone running iOS 15.1 or later, and for Android phones on Google Play. Your kit does not include a phone.
Not every one. The shot tracer draws the ball flight on full swings when it can pick the ball up in your footage. When it can't, it leaves the shot as filmed. Putts aren't traced.
Yes. Practice mode records a range session by club. Choose the club, start and stop each shot with the clicker, and every shot is filed under that club. Watch the session back as one reel, club by club.
Coming in the next app update: continuous mode. Leave your phone recording and keep hitting, and Clippar saves each swing as its own clip, trimmed to your setting. It won't catch every swing and can mistake a practice swing for a shot, so check the session and delete any extras with a tap. It doesn't pick up putts.
Yes. Choose your course when you start a round and your score goes on the reel. Pick from five scorecard designs, from a broadcast-style card to a minimal look that simply says Birdie or Par. Each hole's score appears only once that hole is finished, so the reel never gives the round away.

Clippar Pro is an Apple auto-renewing subscription. Apple shows eligibility, the included duration and renewal price before you confirm. It renews at the price shown unless cancelled in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Buying the kit does not itself start an Apple subscription.
