Click your phone mount onto your buggy or bag. Place your phone in the holder. Tighten it, angle it how you like.

Press the Bluetooth clicker on your belt before you walk up to the ball. Take your shot and pose for the camera. Your swing is captured automatically.

The obvious ones

Do I need the kit to use Clippar?

No. The app is free and it works with any phone mount you already own, or propped against your bag if you're feeling brave.

The kit exists because the fiddly parts — something that actually grips a buggy rail, a clicker you don't have to hold, and a battery that survives eighteen holes of filming — are the difference between doing this once and doing it every week.

Do I need an iPhone?

Yes. Clippar is iOS only and there's no Android version yet. The mount will hold an Android phone quite happily, but nothing will detect or clip your shots.

Is this a swing coach?

No, and it isn't trying to be. It makes no claim about your technique and it won't tell you what you did wrong.

It films the shot that already happened and gives you the footage. What you do with that is your business.

When does the kit ship?

December 2026 is the target for the first production run. You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund — if the date moves, you'll hear it from us first.

Does it slow the group down?

It shouldn't. The phone stays on the bag and the clicker stays on your belt, so filming a shot is one press before and one press after.

There's nothing to set up on each tee and nothing to pack away between holes.

What does it cost to keep using?

Nothing. Recording, shot detection, trimming and saving to your camera roll are free forever.

Clippar Pro is optional and adds cloud backup so your rounds survive a lost phone. You never need it.
